Feedback on what is going well should be listened to. It’s important to continue. It’s easy to improve on what’s going well. Bigger is always better.

It’s good to know when things are working well, but always we need to know what’s not working. And why ?

Problems are not enough, it’s an action that’s needed. You need to get a lot of options before you decide. So ask people what are the options.

Now that you have a lot of options, you need to select the best. Ask again. Give them responsibility and you immediately get the answer. Define and then refine.

Learn from the previous mistakes. Don’t repeat them.

“Fools learn from experience. I prefer to learn from the experience of others.”
