You make time.

Over the past 2 years, I have read 75+ books which have taught me some valuable life lessons.

Want to know some secret?

I used “3 simple changes” to achieve that 👇

Some Background:

Reading books is a habit.

Everyone wants to improve their knowledge, intellect, and creativity by reading books.

The majority of people fail in this yearly goal. It disappears after a few months.

Why is that?

The main reason is lack of time.

How it works:

• Difficult to choose a book to read.
• Priority on other works
• Lack of motivation to apply the gained knowledge
• You like certain lines/phrases in the book, how can you remember them?

Sounds familiar? The solutions are -

Step 1 of 3: Create a reading list

You can store your book “to-read” list on GoodReads Books

If you find a recommendation, save it.

Build your list, build your momentum.

This is my current backlog — 185

Step 2 of 3: Use technology to your advantage

Divert your mobile Facebook time to your Kindle.

That was the “one investment” I made to reclaim my time.

I deleted the Meta (Facebook)app from my phone(never regretted it).

Instead, the book can be read on the Amazon Kindle app.

Step 3 of 3: Make notes and then read them again to apply

Kindle lets you mark your favourite lines using built-in highlighters, which are synced automatically to your GoodReads Books account.

Thus, you have all book quotes at your fingertips right away.

Other ideas -
• Get a “daily reminder” of selected 5 book quotes from your bank using https://readwise.io/

• Before you begin reading, skim the book.

• Look at the reviews. If you no longer enjoy it, you can put it down.

When you don’t get time, you make time.
